You arrive
at the Studio up a long lane; in spring and early summer
there is a profusion of wild flowers. The accommodation
is accessed by 8 old granite steps (hand rail) and lies
behind the owner’s house with its own gate, providing
complete privacy.

Inside, the Studio is open plan and beautifully
light with roof level picture windows; plants,
pictures. There is a comfortable living/dining
area and an excellent fitted kitchen; big bathroom
(shower/bath and washing machine). Two bedrooms,
small twin on ground floor (enclosed) - and upstairs
to gallery double
(small room, big bed) which overlooks the living
area – sloping velux window to sky and gorse
views. A laundry room with tumble drier is next
to the studio. TV, DVD, Video, CD player, fridge/freezer,
microwave, cooker & central heating.

eg: New Years Eve in St Ives – fancy dress.
June 16th – 24th Golowan Festival: The Feast of
John in Penzance; a week of events culminating in the
Mazey Day processions, music, and street theatre.
